Cotillion Group Feedback

The Parent's Party was so much fun! I have never seen my dad dance like that! Maybe that's a good thing...

I have never done the waltz before. It was a little wierd but extremely fun once I got the hang of it. I tried it with my parents when I got home!

When do I sign up for the 8th grade class? I don't want to miss out! Didn't even think I would like Cotillion. Parent's made me come. I am pretty glad they did :)

I loved doing the shag AND limbo! I kept tripping over my poodle skirt but won the "best costume" contest so whatever!

The Cotillion Group Featured in the November issue of Atlanta Magazine

The Cotillion Group was featured in the November issue of Atlanta Magazine. Atlanta Magazine spent an evening with the Crabapple Junior Cotillion (Hopewell and Northwestern Middle School students). They were able to see all the skills and dances our students learn. The focus of the article was about Atlanta still being Southern and whether cotillion is a Southern thing. We firmly believe that all can benefit from the confidence of the skills we teach, not just those in the South. Our program focuses on social skills that are vitally important but are not being taught due to the increase of technology usage. We embrace technology (and even have manners sessions geared to this very topic!!) but also want to impart skills our young people will need and use the rest of their lives. Check out the article in the November 2012 issue of Atlanta Magazine!

The Cotillion Group Speaks to Young Men's Services League

The Cotillion Group has enjoyed speaking to several Young Men's Service Leagues this year. We make a short presentation to the gentlemen on a topic of their choosing (usually table manners!!) and then answers questions the group may have. The gentlemen are usually gearing up for a social event such as Prom or Homecoming and want to make sure their skills are polished! If you would like us to come talk with your gentlemen, please contact us at 770-781-5580.
